Well I have just about everything packed and ready to go for our moose hunt. My dad got picked for D1. We are going to hunt the sugerhill landif area. My dad is 73 with double hip replacements so we are not going to be doing alot of ground pounding.
Hope we shoot a 500 pounder sat morning so its easier to quarter and haul out.
Hope to have pics and a good story when I return.

Well we got one Saturday Morning. 560# cow. 80 yard shot then a 110 yard follow up that was not needed. After the second shot she fell and rolled down the hill to with in 10 feet of the road!!! NO kidding Got back a few hours ago and unpacked and am bringing the meat over to a friend to start processing it.

Congratulations on a very successful hunt. I'm glad you got to share that with your father, that must have been the best success of the trip. Way to get it done!!!
