Deer baiting?

So can you bait deer here or not? The regs mention that salt is illegal, but I cant find the info on using things like corn.

Yes, you can bait. You need the property owners permission unless you own the property, and there are a few other things you need to do as well. In the current rules and regs book (9/10-8/11), the baiting information is found on page 12 under the "General Hunting Regulations" section. There are additional rules for baiting bear and also baiting on state land.
