Back from my annual Colorado DIY elk hunt. This year my brother-in-law also had a mule deer tag. We saw lots of deer and lots of elk prior to the season starting. Then it got warm and we had to go high (11,500 feet) to find the elk. 6 of us took 2 bulls and 1 deer. Nothing for me this year except lots of memories and pictures

Brother-in-laws 7x7 bull (grossed in the 290s with 3 broken tines) and 150" 4x4 mulie

Buddies 5x4 bull
