Lucky guy. I can't use mouth callers. They turn my teeth and gums numb, but I still keep practicing with them trying to get used to them. K&H ones seem to fit the best, the Primos howlers seem to make the best sounds. The H.S. Strut ones I can't even put in my mouth. They are too large and that vinyl they use makes me gag. It's like putting a nylon glove in your mouth. Yecch.
I'll stick to my open and closed reed callers and my Preymaster.

Honestly, I'd love to get a wireless remote caller like the Minaska Bandit, but those are way out of my price range.

I agree, diaghram calls make me gag!
I am not much of a mouth caller either. I have a bunch and I toot them around the house but I am still waiting to find that magic place that hold BUNCHES of coyotes so I know I am not cold calling.
THO game calls makes a great sounding cow horn howler along with other makers.
You should look into custom built calls, they most times take alot less air to blow thus maybe saving your teeth and gums alot of pain.

Honestly, I'd love to get a wireless remote caller like the Minaska Bandit, but those are way out of my price range. What is your price range? right now Minaska is selling re-done tunrned in callers for around $375 for the bandit and more for the unlimate one. They also have M 1's for around $375. They have a full gaurantee and come with everything as if they are brand new. The only thing you won't get is the software upgrade which basically adds a little more volume at the top end. And with any Bandit, you can also run a motion decoy controlled by the callers remote. It is a cool gadget that has my interest right now.

Cool gadgets but still way out of my range. That's more than I'd pay for a rifle and scope My preymaster with 4 call chips was only $89, but it's wired. I guess I ought to save up for a wireless one, but I think I'd rather spend my money finding the coyotes first. Until I can find some dogs out here, there isn't much sense in spending money on stuff. Besides, I'm a pretty good caller with the reed callers and think I'm at least as good as an electronic caller. The advantage of the electronic is you can lead the dogs away from you rather than towards you.
