Bought one of these about 2 months ago. Still haven't killed anything with it, but I have used it quite a bit at the range. Compared to my old TC and my sister's Omega, this thing is a dream. Two Pyrodex pellets, a 250gr Shockwave with SuperGlide sabot and this thing will knok the X out of a 50ft NRA pistol target at 100 yards every shot. Amazing. Haven't adjusted the scope since I first put it on back in September.
(NOTE: TC strongly recommends you don't use anything but ShockWave bullets with SuperGlide Sabots in the Triumph because the rifling in this thing is different than any other ML - one of the reasons it is so dead on accurate)
The nice thing with the TC Triumph is it is the opposite of every other ML made. No more water based cleaners. You still run a wet patch between every shot, but it is with TC17 synthetic cleaner patches, not TC13. Then a dry patch. When you're done for the day, you pull the breech plug and clean with brushes and solvents like a rifle. Oil the bore with BreakFree, then one dry patch, then clean and grease the breech plug and you are done. Takes less than 15 minutes to get it spotless and ready for storage and no more worries about rust or corrosion.
I was getting tired of black powder guns but this thing put the fun back into them.

What's does the gun run? I haven't been in my buddies shop in a while or in the market for a ML to be looking at one.
That "not in the market" is no excuse for me! I'm always wanting to keep up on what's new in the gun selection of his shop and I should have noticed it.

I've seen them from $375-499. I traded a Savage Model 10GXP in .308 for it at KTP in Maine.
