Another tip is when you set up always have the wind to your back so the crows are flying into it..all birds like to fly/land into the wind..and when they come in they will hover in the wind making for some easy stationary aerial shooting. You need to tell this to the crows I was hunting on Saturday & the one TC & I were hunting on Sunday ;D ;D It would have made them an easier target to hit than riding the wind past us 40 mph ;D

Of course crow hunting can be a gentle refined sport, like pheasant, quail,etc...nice chair...blind...laptop...cooler....hmmmm...perhaps a small grill this Fall?....")...EC, I have to work hard at it I am a famous terrible wingshot !

Another tactic that sometimes will really give you some shooting is if you have 2 e-callers available...set up in 2 spots the first guys use crow fight...when the crows come in pound em...when they start to leave....shut the crow fight off and the guys across the field hit their e-caller with crow distress...when they hit em...they shut down...then the first shooters try crow fight again...sometimes they get all riled up and you can bounce em back and forth between the 2 groups and really give it to em.
