Sounds like this may be a great time. I'm going to have my Big Country Bandit next week with the 10W horn speaker. I'll have to try it out on Maine yotes.

The licsence is about $50-$55. according to fivepak. and then the cost of where ever you stay. If you stay in the cabin (if there is room) then it is free I guess. Food, drinks whatever. It shouldn't be to bad. If you need a rifle I am sure one of us will have an extra!

Because my son is using my AR15 for that trip, I going to use my .308 for a coyote gun. A little overkill, but it'll do the job. Regnar, I still have my shotgun, a Marlin 30-30 lever action that's scoped, and several surplus rifles that shoot great. You're welcome to use any of those. Ballisticly speaking, the surplus rifles are close to that of a 30-06. An SKS with a como stock and scoped is what I have for a truck gun. That may fit the bill also. Lastly, I have a scoped Ruger Super Redhawk in .44 mag. It would ok on coyotes out to 50 yards, maybe further.

If your using 06 than I guess I can use my 207 no problem, Im good with it out past 400 yards.
COunt me in. IF there is room in the cabin I will take it, if not I will find something.

If there isn't room in the cabins, the White Wolf Inn is a nice place, and it's right in town. It's one of those towns that if you blink you'll miss it. Though I like those kind of places.

Last year it was about 12 people. It looks like at least double this year. No shortage of calling areas up there.

Nothing yet. I'm going to bump the thread on PM and ask if Rondey has set a date yet.
