Well with a little help from Highwaystar, I decided to apply for some night hunting permits.
I already got the apps. in the mail and will fill them in later today.
I have done a little night hunting up in Maine but I am NOT an experianced night caller.
We will see what happens but I have a feeling that if we get to go out enough, we will put lots of fur down!
Should be fun and interesting.
The next step is to find out why my .17 HMR doesn't go bang everytime I pull the trigger!!

Where and for what do you need night hunting permits? Not in NH anyway, right?

Where and for what do you need night hunting permits?
Coyotes: Jan - March State wide but, you have to have one for each place you hunt. And your hunting buddy has to have the same one's too! It is a lot of work. In Maine you need one permit for the whole state at a cost of 4.00 bucks.
Not in NH anyway, right?
Yes NH, and it is a lot of fun!

Where do you get the NH permits? The orange book makes no mention of these.

E-mail the wildlife division up at F&G give them your address and tell them how many that you want and they will send them to you in the regular mail
when you get them just fill in your name and info, if you are gonna hunt public ground them all you need is what the place is called such as "Bear brook state park" or whatever.
If it is private then you need more info, it is there for you to fill in.
Good luck, let us know if we can help anymore.
