I've been getting tired of removing my Williams Fire sights if I want to go crow hunting & then having to put it back on. I mean I like pattern it to make sure my gun is spitting the right pattern but could do without the dialing in part every year. I came across a pretty good deal on a slightly used Rem 870 Supermag Waterfowl/Turkey shotgun...so I jumped on it
Now my turkey set up will stay strictly a turkey dirt napping & nothing else! This weekend is the time to see how the Winchester Longbeard XR loads are gathering on the paper turkeys

I did the same thing. I run a Benelli SBE for most of my wing shooting or my .20 ga. O/U. But a few years ago I bought a Mossberg 835 Ulti Mag with a thumb hole stock and just keep it set up for Turkey season and the occasional coyote hunt. It's much nicer to leave it alone and not have to fiddle with sights every year.

After golf tomorrow I'm head to the range to pattern it. I went there today but forgot my club key
