Said goodbye to my "son" Tama ...my Yellow Lab. of 10 1/2 years. He was'nt himself the last couple of weeks and my wifes "mothers intuition" kicked in so we took him in for x-rays yesterday and got the news. He had an aggressive tumor on his spleen that was quite large causing internal bleeding and a swollen abdomen...we could have done major surgery with several blood transfusions with ZERO confidence he would be 100%. He was way too good a friend and companion and a damn fine pheasant flusher to put him through that for our own selfishness. Sad day in the White household today. Goodbye my sweet boy...love you and miss you. "Tama"...10/31/2001 to 3/31/2012 Attachments:

So sorry to hear this Hank. The "right" thing to do for them is always the hardest to do for us. You're a good man for thinking of him first.
