I'm very impressed with my new set of Leverage Climbing Sticks. I've been using a set of Gorilla climbing sticks for a few years now, and still regard them as an excellent product...but these new Leverage sticks are a step above. They're very light, being a pound lighter than the Gorilla model coming in at only 2.5 pounds per stick. I like the easy carry of these because if I use them off my property I take the bottom one in and out with me to keep people from messing with my stand site. They really feel like a quality product when you're holding one, and fold nice and flat for easy packing. Unlike the Gorilla, the Leverage sticks have dual steps (a left and a right at each step point) making them easier to use....and wow do they grip a tree! They have a nice low glare finish, great strap system, and are quick to set up. I first saw them at KTP, for the same price as the Gorilla sticks (roughly $40 bucks each)...I them found them on Cabelas for $79.99 for a set of three. They have a nice website so check them out, I think they're probably the best climbing stick on the market right now.

Thanks for the heads up Mike They seem to have some nice tree stands & also good to know their sticks are priced decent. I looked up the ladder stand & lock on stands (5150 Deluxe) in my Gander Mt. catalog & they’re not going cheap
