Small game season is coming up fast so I took a few of my favorites out for a shake down cruise: This is my Remington 597 .22, shes a tack driver: This is my Benjamin Discovery .22 caliber pneumatic air rifle, pumps up to 2000 psi, off a bench at 30 yards I can shoot a hole then shoot shots through that hole, deadly on squirrels, woodchucks, crows, etc, probably my favorite squirrel gun: This is my modded Crosman 1377C in .177 caliber pellet pistol, another tack driver, the funnest gun I own..I keep it in my rig and shoot it all the time for hunting and target : This is a cattail I shot from about 30 yards with the air pistol...a favorite target, pull up to a swamp, plenty of targets, great practice if your a handgun hunter: If youve never hunted with an air gun think it over, many advantages, quiet, cheap ammo, dead accurate, perfect for hunting in areas that are populated, I drop squirrels out of trees with my air rifle where I wouldnt shoot my .22 LR in the air.

After seeing those pics, how tall are you? I don't think I could shoot any of your long guns without worry of getting scoped. I've thought about an air pistol, prolly pick one up someday.

Hey Dan I set my scoped way back cuz I have a big neck and shoulder and arm so its hard to bend down n fwd so I set em way back so I dont have to scrunch down to see through em..especially on the small bore...the biggest thing I own is a .270 and I can easily handle that kick and the .223's are powder puffs for recoil....Tom we gotta hangout sometime and shoot some guns!...that cattail is a turtle pond cattail haha.
