I saw this posted on HH and gave my thoughts on it. I'm not sold if it's easier or quicker I would think you still need to hang and cut of the hide so in the time it takes to get every thing ready, I'd have a deer done. I can (or at least years ago ) could skin & quarter a fresh deer in under 20 minutes depending on how long it's been hanging or if it's frozen. A frozen or deer that's been hanging a day or two takes me longer. Now that's not as fast as I've seen it done before but the deer wouldn't be butchered with a hundred slices or full of hair either If I was still on the farm with my dad and the way he lets them hang for days and get frozen rock solid it would be worth the time and effort to give it a try.
