So... who bought one and used it? How did you like it? Any pics of it in action? Would love to hear more about these. They look great.

I have not used the Jake but the hen decoy...now that's whole other story. Here are two links to threads that will give a little bit more personal experience with using DSD hen decoy

I had read that story by Masshntr, but had not seen those pics til now. All I can say is... awesome. That's friggen great. He was sure giving her his best try. Haha. I checked out the link provided to DSD. Looks like a lot of work has gone into the making of those decoys... and they sound quite rugged. BUT, the price is gonna keep me using a foam set for my first year. Maybe after I actually spend a season hunting these wily birds, I can then justify the expense.

Craig, you're welcome to use the hen decoy sometime if you like. I don't use her very often but it seems like when I do, great stuff happens

We should do another "quick draw for a DSD" this month Last year we had 6 or 7 guys that paid $20 for a chance at DSD. If we could get double the people interested, we could do two decoys or lower the cost to only $10 and shot

If it seems I'm not pulling it together by the end of the season, I may take you up on it, just in hopes of a lil good luck attached to the decoy. Otherwise, I really hate to take a chance at damaging someone elses gear.
