What type of sharpening system do you use to sharpen your hunting knives? I have different grit stones and a few of the sticks, but they are difficult to keep the same angle each time. I hear the KME systems is pretty good.
What works well for you?

No idea what it's called, but I picked it up at the Springfield show a couple years ago. It's a plastic handle that you lay flat on the edge of the table. It has two sharpening sticks that come out and cross. Two different grits depending which side of the "X" you use.
Easy to hold a steady angle, there's a guide mark on the handle to line up with. Keeps the knife VERY sharp and puts the edge back on it quick when needed.
I've sharpened all my hunting knifes and its always on the table when we butcher to sharpen up the knifes as needed, works great.

I've seen and tried probably all of them over the years and now I use only one system.....the Klawhorn sharpener. I own one of the Standard Knife Sharpener and a Redi-Edge Pocket Pro Sharpener. These this are awesome! Easy to pack in your fanny pack or backpack for out in the field use or even in the tackle box for sharpening hooks. I've give out half a dozen of these this as presents over the years and have yet to hear that anyone didn't like it
