Lowest I've seen is 150 I believe. Let me know if you have any luck as I own a 270 myself and all I've ever been able to find are 150 and 180 grain.

The lightest factory loaded ammo for a .270 is 100 grain power soft point from remington. I have a box and they shoot pretty well. I also reload my own coyote recipe, a 110 grain Hornady V-Max pullet. That has some good explosion and knock down power. I hunt with the 140 grain fail safe bullet and let me tell you, i trust that bullet more than anything, it truely is incredible. I've shot at 6 deer and 1 moose and not one has gone more than 40 yards even on strong quartering shots through the shoulder and both lungs. The moose also dropped in it's tracks and fell so hard it's leg broke. I reload the 150 Grain Nosler CT partition which is one heck of a bullet also. I haven't hunted with the 140 grain accubond but that's also a nice bullet, it holds together really well in ballistic tests. For coyotes, if you're looking at dropping them in their tracks and doing a number on them then get the light, explosive bullets. If you're looking for a good pelt, stick with a bullet that will fly through without expanding too much like the fail safe or partition. Good luck!!!
