I am looking forward to another season of shed hunting, but won't start until the new year probably. I am hoping to get permission for some land that borders ours that I saw a lot of bucks on during the season.

Went for a hike friday afternoon didn't really exspect to find any because it's way early.I was just hiking some deer trails when I came upon a set of pines so I thought what the heck I'll take a quick look around. I came across some beds shortly after entering the pines and started to walk around them just to see if their was any antlers in or around the beds, and to my surprise I found this little spkie! It laid right on the edge of a bed and as you can see it hasn't been off very long.

Wow, that is an early shed. A friend of mine hit a 6 buck with a car last week and mentioned that one of the antlers was missing and you could see the divet from where it connected to the head. Made me wonder whether it fell off before jumping in front of his car or was forced off.

I found the other side while turkey hunting today. Should be a nice 2 year old this year.
