Can you use a muzzleloader during the regular firearms season? I'm assuming yes, but I just want someone else to tell me The way I figure, this would just be another reason why I should buy a muzzleloader.

On a related note, are sidearms legal in NH during firearms? I know I could read the regs, but that's too much work! Thanks.

Yes side arms are legal during regular firearms season. if it is ML season then the sidearm must be a ML side arm. And I believe NO sidearms during bow season.

You can even use a bow during regular firearms season, but, and this applies to muzzleloaders as well, you have to follow the regular firearms rules, such as either sex days etc. Same goes for kids, youth weekend is either sex, but kids hunting in "normal" gun season follow the same rules as everyone else.
