Seeing how that hunt turned out, I should have grabbed her by the neck and hold her ransom! How in the world does someone miss a turkey with a shotgun? Never mind, I know. ec…one of my best turkey investment since day one for me. I’ve got three pop up blinds that I rarely use. I’ll throw out the offer if want to borrow one of my pop tent blinds for hunting with your son, you can. I also have one just like the one like you linked up in the post. I personally like the HS Strut half blind that doesn’t fold up. I’ve found the fold up blinds are nice but if they get twisted, it’s a pain in the rear to fix! I carry and use mine but mostly with my first of the morning set up. As for if “they tip of birds”, movement tips of birds…not the blind. Here are some photos from last year NH hunt where I had 5 Jakes in front of my half blind set up. Now I don’t think a bomb going off was going to scare these knuckleheads seeing they didn’t care I was photographing them, yelling at them to leave or talking on my cell with TC. Jakes near decoy Another photo of Jakes Again, the Jakes
