I have had a DLC Covert II for a while now, at least 3 years. I had two but one got stolen. This camera like my others are left out almost year round. Well recently it stopped working. I called and asked if there might be some way to try and re set it. I had left a message and got a call back the next day. I tried what she told me but had not luck. They said that I could send it in and they would look at it for me. I told her that it was not in warranty. Not a problem, send it in, we will look at it and go from there.
I got a call a last week telling me that the board had gone bad. She said it was very rare but did happen on occasion. Without me asking she offered me a 50% discount on any model! WOW. I wish I could have taken advantage of the discount and bought on of the more expensive ones but with things being tight I went with the cheapest which ended up costing me 60, the CA3.
You dont get service like this much anymore and I wanted to let people know about it. I will certainly be buying a few more of these when the finances permit it.
