I've had a pair of Sightron compact binoculars for about 4 years now. Never had a problem with them until last turkey season when the focus knob started getting hard to turn. They still worked! You just had to use both fingers and kinda break it free then you could focus with one finger. So I sent them back to Sightron to be fixed hopefully before my WV trip. I learn just this morning that that they were not even going to try to fix them and that I wasn't getting my binoculars back Instead they sent me out a new pair out on Thursday ;D These binoculars were not cheap! I want to say they cost something like $100+ I know that's kinda high for compact binoculars but I liked how clear they were and did it anyways. I love the binoculars! They've owned them for the longest time and they've always got the job done for being a pair of compact binoculars! I told them if they couldn't fix them, I wanted them back seeing they still worked! Just a slight pain in the rear. I've always liked Sightron for the quality of their binoculars! but now it's for their customer service!
