good reading and i would def take anything NH F&G biologists say with a grain of salt.....make that 2 grains!!...i bet if you contacted 5 of them youd get 5 totally different responses....anyone game for that?... so youd need 3 more, then post their replies along with the above. I have seen plenty of acorns, apples, etc.....and constantly see deer in corn fields, just saw 5 tonight....corn fed and happy campers.

So where are these corn fed deer? I may have to relocate back down south, or at least to the Concord area because up here in the central and north country, there aren't many to be found.

howdy omega, where you located?...id be happy to show/tell you, theres a LOT of deer around concord, just gotta find the little holes you can hunt, no rifles, shotgun, muzzleloader or handgun. I shot a 23 pound tom and could look up and see the capital dome haha.

the best way to find deer is a spotting scope and drive around n scope fields, all season, thats how i pin em down, and anywhere theres river and corn there will be turkeys and deer. i jumped a buck in woodsville last year, 15 feet from me, bedded down in some cattails, literally surrounded by houses, while i was duck hunting. almost had to clean the union suit haha! in the urban areas they love the THICK brush scrub along the waterways.

Well there's at least one yote up in Easton! Walked right behind and past my wife sitting on a deer stand the last day of rifle season! Passed her at 15 yards!

At least another one running in one of my hunting spots. Saw him Sunday sneaking around the backside of my stand. Tried to get the cross hairs on him. I think it winded me and he then became impossible to get the shot off.
